🔁 Step 1: Courier the Product to Us

Please send your defective product to our service center using any reliable courier partner of your choice:

📦 Step 2: Packing Instructions

To avoid delays, please pack the product properly and follow these steps:

  • Pack the return packet.

  • Clearly mention your mobile number and Ticket ID (shared with you via email or support ticket) on the package.

  • Add the recipient’s phone number: +91 94992 22553.

  • Attach the courier slip or write courier details on a paper and stick it on the box.

  • Send the courier tracking details to us via:

⚠️ Note: Products that are physically damaged or out of warranty are not eligible for replacement or repair.


✅ Step 3: Processing & Dispatch

  • After we receive your product, we’ll process it within 72 working hours.

  • Once resolved, your product will be shipped back to you.

  • Delivery may take 4–8 working days, depending on your location.
