1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please check both columns below:

- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused & unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging intact
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Size exchange request
β Not Eligible for Return
- Item used, washed, or altered
- Tags removed or packaging missing
- Return request after 7 days
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
- Undergarments / innerwear
- Customised or personalised items
- Damage caused by misuse
2. How to Initiate a Return
Returning is easy! Follow these simple steps:
Log in to Your Account
Go to My Account β Orders and find the order you want to return. Click "Request Return" next to the item.
Select Return Reason
Choose the appropriate reason: Size Issue, Wrong Item, Damaged/Defective, Quality Issue, or Other. Add photos if required.
We Approve Your Request
Our team reviews your request within 24β48 business hours and approves or contacts you for more information.
Reverse Pickup Scheduled
Once approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. Keep the item packed and ready.
Item Received & Verified
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (1β3 days after pickup), we initiate your refund or replacement.
Refund / Replacement Done π
Refund is credited within 5β7 business days. Replacement is shipped within 2 business days of verification.

For COD refunds, you will need to share your bank account details (account number & IFSC) with us. We will initiate the NEFT/IMPS transfer after verification.
Shipping charges (βΉ99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Size Exchange
If you need a different size, we offer a free size exchange (subject to availability):
- Request exchange within 7 days of delivery via your account or email
- We'll arrange reverse pickup of the original item
- Once received and verified, the replacement size is dispatched within 2 business days
- If the required size is not available, a full refund will be issued
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
We're sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please:
- Take an unboxing video β this is the strongest proof and speeds up resolution
- Report within 48 hours of delivery to hello@barkeyo.com with order number, photos/video, and description
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping charges
- No reverse pickup required for verified damaged/wrong items β we ship the correct item first
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed/dispatched:
- Go to My Account β Orders and click "Cancel Order"
- Or email us at hello@barkeyo.com with your order number
- For prepaid orders, the refund is processed within 5β7 business days
- For COD orders, cancellation before dispatch is free β no charges apply
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate a return once the product is delivered.
