1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing our website, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy — all of which form part of your agreement with Barkeyo.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases on barkeyo.com. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Currently, Barkeyo ships only within India. Purchases from outside India are not supported.

3. Your Account

When you create an account on Barkeyo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately at hello@barkeyo.com if you suspect any unauthorised access
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Barkeyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, sizes, and colours as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your screen's display of colours will be exactly as they appear on the actual product.

• All prices on barkeyo.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on Barkeyo constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We do not guarantee availability and may cancel orders if the item goes out of stock after placement.

Payment methods accepted:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on eligible orders

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.

For COD orders, payment is to be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw COD facility for any customer at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery timelines, charges, and processes.

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
• Free delivery on orders above ₹999
• Flat shipping charge of ₹99 on orders below ₹999

Barkeyo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details. In brief:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return pickup
• Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return — check product listing

8. Intellectual Property

All content on barkeyo.com — including logos, brand name, product designs, graphics, text, and code — is the intellectual property of Barkeyo and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website's functionality
• Using automated bots or scrapers to extract data
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Indian law

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Barkeyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Barkeyo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
