1. Order Processing

Once you place an order on Barkeyo, here's what happens:

Order Placed

You receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

Order Verified (Within 12 hours)

Our team verifies your order, especially for COD orders.

Packed & Dispatched (1–2 business days)

Your order is carefully packed and handed over to our courier partner.

In Transit (3–5 business days)

Your package is on its way! You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier conditions:

Certain remote pincodes may take longer. If your area is not serviceable by our standard courier partners, we will notify you via email.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier name via email and/or SMS.

You can track your order:

  • On our website at barkeyo.com/track-order
  • Directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided

If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at hello@barkeyo.com.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most Indian pincodes on orders up to ₹5,000. For COD orders:

  • Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery
  • Our delivery agent will not carry change
  • A COD handling fee of ₹0 (free) is currently applied
  • We may call/WhatsApp to verify COD orders before dispatch
  • Repeated COD order rejections may result in COD facility being disabled for your account

6. Failed Delivery & Re-attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
  • For re-shipment of returned packages, a fresh shipping charge of ₹99 will apply
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at hello@barkeyo.com.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please take an unboxing video before opening the package (always recommended)
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video to hello@barkeyo.com
  • We will initiate a replacement or full refund after investigation

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us after 10 business days from the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a resolution within 7 working days.

8. Non-Serviceable Pincodes

Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases:

  • We will notify you via email after the order is placed
  • You will receive a full refund including any shipping charges paid
  • We are continuously expanding our delivery network

You can check if your pincode is serviceable at checkout before placing the order.
